Bits and Bobs for February 2018…
I’m back! It’s been a while since I posted a Bits and Bobs update. December, with the holidays, was a busy time. Then in January we were battling the flu at our house, and then this site went down for a while. Happy to finally be back. Here’s what has been happening…
Website Blues
My family weren’t the only ones who were down this flu season. My website was suddenly down as well, and I don’t know exactly for how long. Once I was feeling better, I popped over to do my update and found it down. A lot of back and forth with support later and I finally got it running.
Apologies to anyone who tried to visit during this time!
Writing Won’t Wait
It seems like forever that Always the Bride has been waiting patiently in the wings. I mentioned previously that I was nearing the end when some early “alpha” read feedback suggested character and motivation changes that involved extensive rewrites.
After putting this aside while working on a title for my steamy paranormal/fantasy pen name, I’m back to work on this. I must say, I’m excited about the changes. As painful as it can be to “kill my darlings” and delete/rewrite so much, it’s really making a difference with the story.
