Day 17
After yesterday’s scheduled break, I got back on track today with some NaNo word count. Almost the entire session consisted of dialogue, now that I look back on it. Sometimes characters like to ramble!
I managed to cross 35k, not bad with 13 days left!
My favorite line written:
“Just, when did it happen, Doris? When did my little sister grow up?”
A sad smile didn’t reach the housekeeper’s pale blue eyes. “I said the same thing to myself about you.”
