Day 9
Well I had a bit of a conundrum today…I needed to write a short story for one of my other pen names, and I was trying to decide whether that extra 2.5k should be added to my daily word count tally. In the end, I opted to only count words written on my Always the Bride project. Even at that, I crossed the 20k mark today, so I can’t complain.
My favorite line written:
“She sat on the stool. To her surprise, he came up in front of her and took hold of her shoulders, twisting her body slightly. Then he brushed hair from her face.
“Hi,” she said while he adjusted her chin. “My name’s Lizzie. What’s yours?”
