Day 8
Another busy morning kept me from my word count until literally the moment it was time to leave for work! With it being Election Day here in the U.S., our family (and homeschool of 1 pupil) were busy discussing the process and hustling out to the polls. I’m finally feeling better after being bleh the whole of NaNo Week 1, but my energy level isn’t quite back to 100% and I find I’m still sleeping late in the mornings.
My favorite line written:
“Is that a little bit of a crush I’m hearing in your voice?” Lizzie asked.
He gave a half smile. “Could be. But not on Georgia.”
